• On-Site Payment Solutions: I required programming for on-site payment processing using any credit or debit card, to optimize transaction processes for efficiency and convenience.
• Real-Time Analytics Dashboard: I wanted a real-time analytics dashboard developed to provide insights into operations, inventory levels, and financial metrics, enabling informed decision-making.
• Mobile Accessibility: I emphasized the need for full mobile accessibility, allowing our team to manage operations remotely.

Reduction in time spent on production and logistics processes, measured by comparing time metrics before and after Timbera implementation. Reduction in errors in inventory and shipping, tracked through error rate statistics. Growth in revenue from faster processing and improved customer satisfaction, shown by comparing financial performance over time. Increase in system reliability and reduction in downtime.

IMG, the developers behind Timbera, performed exceptionally throughout the project's lifecycle from March 2023 to its field testing phase in September 2023. Their timely delivery and responsiveness to our specific needs were remarkable. During the four-month field testing, which included rigorous winter condition assessments of hardware like mobile terminals and printers, IMG consistently demonstrated their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. 
Their ability to listen and deliver precisely what was needed was particularly impressive. As a result of their exemplary service and the robustness of Timbera, I highly recommend IMG for their outstanding performance and dedication.

IMG delivered an outstanding end-to-end solution with Timbera, impressively adding hardware supply to their services, despite initially not dealing in hardware. Their adaptability was remarkable, fulfilling our strict requirement to source the entire solution from a single vendor. Additionally, their human approach and practical application of common sense during the early stages of the project were crucial. Without a set specification, they chose to analyze our processes from scratch. 
They spent extensive time with our team in field operations, observing and documenting everything directly in the forest through videos and voice notes. They conducted a detailed process analysis, quickly understanding and addressing our needs. IMG implemented even the smallest details I had envisioned, exceeding expectations and securing my complete satisfaction with their work.
