Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

iMatta provided us with a phased approach broken down into 4 stages where we would see tangible benefits through out the course of the app development. The app went from the foundational phase, then internationalized with audio playback and finally GPS-enabled and user-ready.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final result was timely and visible on the App store with a great set of Promotional pictures that display the features we provide elegantly. The app also came with a maintanable backend platform which will allow us to maintain the app with little intervention in the future. Overall, a professionally executed plan while remaining patient and agile to get the job done. We will continue to work with iMatta and continue to innovate in our industry together.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Through out all the phases, iMatta members presented us with options and explained the decisions took to get to the final result. Before the release, we were given plenty of time to test the app and ensure quality through revisions. Through the staged approached, iMatta succesfully provided all the deliverables on time. They were patient with our requests and agile to respond, provide options and get the job done.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The effectiveness and organization of iMatta's members was impressive. We felt like we were their sole client and they were quick to give us the attention needed. They respected us as peers by explaining complex features and always gave us different options with an optimal route to get things out in time. What was planned on from the beginning was executed in a timely fashion, we couldn't ask for more.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iMatta could have done differently?

Everything was provided as asked for from the beginning. There are some complex features we would have wanted in the future, however, this was broken down early on to set clear expectations. The only improvement would be for iMatta to expand to be able to release apps even quicker.
