Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed to update the website to better serve the historical data reflected by the club's match performance. This includes nearly 100 data points for every single game played; in some seasons, over 50 games have been played.

We also needed to integrate our preexisting ticketing platform, media content, and sponsorship agreements on the site; all work was completed in an incredibly short period of time while also delivering above and beyond our expectations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The site contained all historical game data along with the ability to sell tickets to upcoming games.

We also met the default requirements set by the FA and our league for data contained on the website.

Whenever we identified an issue, they were able to resolve it within the hour. Truly incredible.

They did their market research, found the best solutions, and were able to deliver us an outstanding platform that fans have loved.

If given more time, we could have input additional data, but with time constraints and the data information we would have had to supply, it's something we continue to work to backfill.
