• Diversity and inclusion strategy development: Assist [client name] in developing and implementing a diversity and inclusion strategy.
• Diversity and inclusion training: Deliver diversity and inclusion training to all employees at [client name]. 

Key Deliverables: 

• Diversity and inclusion assessment report: A report that identifies [client name]'s strengths and areas for improvement in terms of diversity and inclusion. 
• Diversity and inclusion strategy: A document that outlines [client name]'s goals for diversity and inclusion, as well as the steps they will take to achieve those goals.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Increased awareness of unconscious bias. After the training, participants were more likely to identify and challenge their own unconscious biases. This was measured through a pre- and post-training assessment. 
• Improved understanding of microaggressions. Participants were better able to recognize and understand microaggressions after the training. This was measured through a quiz on microaggressions. 
• Increased confidence in inclusive communication skills. Participants felt more confident in their ability to communicate in an inclusive way after the training. This was measured through a self-assessment. 
• Reduced reports of discrimination and harassment. After the training, there was a decrease in the number of reports of discrimination and harassment. This was measured through a review of HR records. 
• Improved employee satisfaction ratings. Employees were more satisfied with their workplace after the training. This was measured through a company-wide survey. 

These measurable outcomes demonstrate that Jenna's diversity and inclusion training is effective in helping participants to learn about and apply the principles of diversity and inclusion in their workplaces. In addition to these measurable outcomes, Ignite inclusion training also had a number of positive qualitative outcomes. For example, many participants reported feeling more comfortable and respected at work after the training. They also reported feeling more motivated and engaged in their work.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Jenna's project management skills are exceptional. She is able to clearly define goals, develop realistic timelines, and track progress effectively. She is also very responsive to feedback and changes, and she is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the project is successful. In the case of our diversity and inclusion training, Jenna delivered all of the items on time and within budget. She was also very responsive to our needs. 

We had a number of specific requests, and she was always willing to work with us to accommodate them. For example, we wanted to make sure that the training was relevant to our specific workplace culture. Jenna worked with us to develop a custom training program that was tailored to our needs. She also made sure to involve key stakeholders in the development process to ensure that everyone was on the same page.

What I found most impressive or unique about Ignite Inclusion was their commitment to inclusion and diversity as a business value. They are not just a company that provides training on diversity and inclusion, they are a company that believes that diversity and inclusion are essential to success.
