I’m the CEO of a hospitality procurement and real estate sales agency. We work with top-tier hotels across the globe.

What challenges were you trying to address with IFA Digital?

We needed help with lead generation for our hospitality business and real estate sales.

What was the scope of their involvement?

IFA Digital has built campaigns, creatives, videos, and landing pages to promote our services through various channels. The team has also created our corporate profiles and pitches to connect with leads effectively. Initially, the idea was to generate business leads, but we’ve also started running campaigns for real estate and business partnerships and expansions.

In terms of channels, IFA Digital mainly uses Meta and Google Ads. The team also runs email campaigns for us, which generate regular inquiries.

IFA Digital was referred to me. I chose them over other options because they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

We started working with IFA Digital in December 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Every month, IFA Digital gets us qualified meetings. My calendar is completely busy with around 20 meetings across verticals every month. We’ve also tracked the cost per lead and meeting percentage. Around 20% of the leads convert into meetings, which is enough for us.

As a result of these meetings, we’ve noticed changes in our business results, such as increased sales and partnerships. We’re growing multi-fold. We’re a legacy company, but with these new initiatives, we’re taking our business to a more modern era of growth.

How did IFA Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Initially, we had some setbacks in aligning on timings. However, once the project kicked off, IFA Digital always chased me, not the other way around. We communicate through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

IFA Digital’s strategic thinking and understanding of our business needs are different from those of other companies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wish IFA Digital had recommended a higher marketing budget for performance ads from the beginning. I also wish they had told me to hire the sales team before starting the campaigns. Things would have been even better.
