Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

From the very beginning, the agency has been proactive and professional. The team doesn't just execute tasks — they regularly come up with new ideas and recommendations that positively impact our search visibility. What we value most is the daily communication: quick responses, clear messages and constant progress reporting. They explain complex SEO topics in a simple, understandable way

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was the speed and accuracy of their diagnosis, combined with a genuinely hands-on approach. idea hills didn't just deliver a report and walk away — they worked closely with our in-house developers until every recommendation was implemented correctly, and the recovery came faster than we had expected. With a small, senior team, you always talk to the person who actually does the work, which is rare in this industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something idea hills could have done differently?

There is nothing I would call a real weakness. If anything, because idea hills is a boutique agency with a senior team, they are not the kind of partner you engage for a massive volume of low-value tasks — they focus on the work that actually moves the needle. That means you should be ready to work with them strategically rather than expect a large, low-cost delivery team. For us, that was actually an advantage.
