We wanted our site to be exciting and to stand out from the crowd with, UX/UI, videos and animation. I literally vetted 33 companies from around the globe before I chose Idea Fueled and its co-founder Puneet.

We went through an extensive Interview Process with all the candidates and this company was one of our top three candidates. We ended up choosing Idea Fueled for a variety of reasons but in large part because of their experience and immediate grasp of our project concept by only our first call. They understood the business and the necessary functionalities we would need to include to best maximize our sales and revenue. We could also tell right away that they are a very personable and genuine team. An added bonus was that communication was very easy and there was never any language barrier whatsoever.

Puneet is extremely organized with his approach. The process began with a documentation of the scope of work in order to provide reference to all the design and development work for further steps/phases. The next phase was branding where they performed research and sketches with logo designs sketch few logo versions based on previous conversations and meetings they had with us. The next step was designing.

They prepared, decided, sketched, and created a visual and graphic design as well as a clickable prototype. The final stage is the actual development of the website where all the approved UI is converted to HTML/CSS and gets implemented on everything. Moreover, Idea Fueled has been terrific in making the changes, modifications, and edits that we have brought to them even after it appeared the website was complete. They’ve remained reasonable and helpful throughout.

We worked Mainly with the UX/UI Designer who also served as the Project Manager for the company. He works directly with his wife, Esha, who also worked on the design process of our website. They work together seamlessly and are a great combination of technical skills, creativity, and business acumen.

We are extremely pleased with the work, time, and commitment that was provided by Idea Fueled. We’ve shown the design mockup during its various stages to various people in our circle, some of who are CTO’s of companies, and they have all been amazed and impressed by the design work and dedication of this team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow and communication were very effective. Although there is a time difference, they were very on the ball and very responsible with scheduling calls, answering emails, and phone calls. They never kept us waiting on calls and were always on time, even when scheduling last-minute meetings and adding in last-minute edits. If they are going to be unavailable, they will tell you ahead of time and there will not be any guessing as to whether they will be available or not.

What I found most impressive and unique about this company is that all the work is done by married couples who are both very experienced and successful Website Developers. Their work is not only professional, efficient, and timely, but it is also personable. The line of communication isn’t passed along to a sea of different people but to just one source and I believe that aided in the process of executing this design in such a short period of time. I specifically sought out a company that had the requisite talent but also one that wasn’t layered in bureaucracy and multi-layers of unnecessary staffing.

The entire project was executed wonderfully, professionally, and without any chaos or conflict. They really did a great job and I’ve already committed to using their services again on another project.
