IdaLink Ai exceeded every expectation I had for my website.

From start to finish, IdaLink Ai was extremely professional, responsive, patient, and knowledgeable. Communication was one of the things that stood out to me the most. I never had to wonder what was going on with my project or chase anyone down for an update. IdaLink Ai stayed in contact with me, let me know exactly what was needed from me, and kept everything moving.

I’ll admit, there were times when I was a little late getting content or information over, but IdaLink Ai was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed or bad about it. As soon as I sent over what was needed, the project kept moving.

Most importantly, IdaLink Ai really listened to my vision. They created exactly what I asked for, but somehow made it even better than what I originally pictured. IdaLink Ai successfully completed my website promptly and delivered everything I requested. The finished website is professional, user-friendly, mobile-friendly, and clearly showcases my services and brand. All of the features and updates I requested were completed, and the final result exceeded my original expectations. I now have a professional online presence that I can confidently send potential clients to and use to grow my business. My website has been up a short amount of time. But I can see that I'm getting at least 15% more impressions from my website, then other places. My business is located.

I honestly can’t think of anything IdaLink Ai could have done differently. My experience exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. If anything, I was the one who occasionally caused delays by getting information or materials to her later than planned, and she was always patient and professional about it. She communicated well, delivered what I asked for, and went above and beyond throughout the entire project. I was extremely satisfied with both the process and the final result.
