On the data side, we now have significantly more reliable tracking and reporting, giving us a much clearer view of channel performance, customer journeys and attribution. This has improved the quality and speed of our marketing and business decisions.

SEO performance has also developed steadily, with improved organic visibility and a much more structured approach to technical SEO, content and ongoing optimization.

Most importantly, the work across PPC, SEO and analytics is increasingly connected, allowing us to evaluate performance as a whole rather than looking at each channel in isolation.

Lots of technical issues were also fixed thanks to their insights.
