I am the general manager for an IT support company.

They developed our website for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ichie ICT started by gathering the requirements for our static website. Afterward, they built the website from scratch using Elementor for WordPress. The team also design a logo and various graphics for our company. Once the site was finished, they provided some consultancy by helping us choose a domain provider and hosting platform. Since they also have experience with SEO, they’ve started to help us with that and all our social media marketing.

I work with two people: a project manager and a graphic designer. They also might have other people working on the project.

I found them online, and I liked their work.

We’ve spent about $500.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in February 2021, and the partnership is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re happy with the website — it’s perfect and has all the functionality we need. Ichie ICT has fulfilled all our requirements and delivered good services. Traffic is better than it was before, and it’s still improving.

How did Ichie ICT Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Ichie ICT is always spot-on. They always deliver on time, and they’re responsive. We communicate through WhatsApp and email, and we also use Google Drive and so on.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by their responsiveness and promptness. Furthermore, the deliverables they send are always completed.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing they could improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Talk to them about the project and budget, and make sure they understand all the deliverables. Make everything clear before you start the project.

We run an an education and travel agency and needed a website for it. Ichie ICT Solutions delivered a world class website design.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Found the agency on Twitter and they were at close proximity with my office

We started off via meeting that lasted two hours. Then the mock up was delivered I liked it. Final website was delivered after two revisions.

We only hard a project manager communicating with us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Their work was great. We needed something modern, interactive and responsive without compromising on speed. They delivered a top-notch website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There wasn't any lag around the project. Communication was fantastic.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their conceptualization was great. Just speak with them and they will have your ideas on an interactive webpage

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They should try to incorporate their clients work schedule into planning. Got messaged twice by their project manager outside my working hours.
