I am managing director of an online only eco friendly outdoor clothing brand.

For what projects/services did your company hire Ice House Design?

We hired Ice House to help us design and develop our brand website and to run our social media campaigns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor because of their fantastic reputation in this field. The deciding factor was their ability to implement our design and social media requirements within a fixed budget.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

After a number of initial meetings to discuss our brand concept the vendor presented a story board with ideas for our brand. They then put together a full "brand identity" package which included a mission statement, imagery, logos, typography etc. They then moved on to designing our brand website including use of many items from the "brand identity" package.

They then moved onto implementing a social media campaign with particular emphasis on starting up and running our Instagram account and posting regularly on our website blog. Each stage of the process was dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 3 members of the vendors team - creative director, project manager and creative assistant.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have not yet implemented an SEO strategy so we have not yet started to sell significant numbers from our website. However, We are delighted with the project work undertaken by Ice House Design over the last couple of years and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other companies.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow between our teams was seamless and without complications. Members of the Ice House team were available on a daily basis either by video call or in person.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were very impressed by their ability to transform our sometimes vague ideas into visually stunning and commercial designs. They have a real feel for interpreting what the customer wants and with us they exercised a much needed level of patience along every step of the journey!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, we were very happy with all aspects of their work.

They were extremely cost effective, fast and the standard of work was very high

We would go develop watch project…giving the team a strategic briefing to give context and work from there.

We worked with the ice house team for a number of years and have found their delivery and service to be consistently high on all the projects over the years

We worked with the team on a daily bases with regular project updates and progress reports. The team was responsive and flexible at every point.

The quality of design and strategic council as well as the teams dedicated approach
