I am the founder of Profit Lab Sem. We're located in Dallas, Texas, and we provide digital marketing services for small businesses.

I found them on Upwork. I was looking for someone that could create a site, and Avi applied. I spoke to him, and he was able to make it happen, so I chose them.

We started working together in June 2019, and the partnership is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The platform that he created allows the customer to have a follow-up with a customized price. Customers who don’t sign up for the service at the first email end up signing up with the last email, and there has been an increase in sales because of that.
How did IamAvi.Com perform from a project management standpoint?
He's great at project management; he has our credentials, so we send him what we need, and he takes care of it. We typically communicate through Skype and Upwork.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The API that he creates is outstanding.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think he needs a bit more organization, but other than that, he is good.

Know what you need and want and explain it very well to whoever you are working with.
