I'm the Tech Lead of the Game development department in one of the world’s largest online travel accommodation platforms form Singapore. We develop a gamification platform for more than 2,000,000 users.

I engaged SRGH to help us develop our mobile app for iOS and Android and to design and develop our game.

What were your goals for this project?

We need to develop a mobile app game for iOS and Android, ensure all are technicians are well aware of the assembling process.

How did you select this vendor?

One of my colleagues has recommended SRGH as a good game development company. After several meetings, our decision was made to engage their team.

They provide a concept design via Art, documentation, frame, UI design, development, testing, and implementation.

What was the team composition?

They were able to allocate 2 x Unity developers, 1x back end, 1 game designer, 1 Game Artist, and 1xQA engineer to work full time on our project.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Their impact was very positive. The agility and the speed of reaction on the changing requirements. They're flexible.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was done by one of their PMs, but they would improve if they hired more people. We spoke in our native language. We communicated through Slack and ZOOM. They are also employing different tools like JIRA, Basecamp, and Asana. They are very good at using these tools.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed by their requirement gathering, documentation, and timely execution.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The more detailed information you give them, the easier their work will be.

I am the service operation director for a global pharmaceutical company. We do projects for pharmaceutical medicine like different suppliers and medicines.

We needed help with app development for our pharmaceutical company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We asked them to handle the full app development process and we help us to find the best location for our sellers. It was made for our management's internal use.

We began working with them in November 2019 and ended the project in March 2020.

We are happy with the work.

I am satisfied with this project. We managed the project together.

Their level of service was a great learning opportunity for our management on how to manage a project like this.

You have to ensure you receive good quality work. We waited for him to do the research we needed.

I’m a business analyst for an investment firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with SRGH?

We were seeking a partner to develop an app game for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We communicated our vision to the team by providing them with some rough mockups. They then launched into full-stack development of the platform. They coded the backend using Flutter and Laravel, and they utilized React Native for the frontend. They delivered several UI/UX design docks to inform us of their design process throughout the engagement.

What is the team composition?

There were two frontend and backend developers, respectively, as well as a QA specialist.  

How did you come to work with SRGH?

Our friends recommended them. We examined a few agencies but felt that SRGH was the best choice for us in terms of both quality and cost.

Since we’ve spent about $6,000 a month, the total comes to around $36,000.

We worked together between October 2019 – March 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I believe their quality and promptness make them one of the best agencies for game development. They worked quickly and efficiently, and their robust technical expertise shone through. They delivered the platform ahead of the final deadline.

How did SRGH perform from a project management standpoint?

I oversaw project management, and they performed well. They were good in terms of scheduling and meeting deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They very clearly understand the market and are knowledgeable about implementing game-appropriate functionalities. They also come at a competitive cost.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We encountered some problems when discussing SQL databases. I’m not sure whether this is a gap in their knowledge or solely a communication issue.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Prepare to present a clear, detailed description of what you need. They don’t have a strong management side, so you’ll need to oversee that process.

We needed to get better architecture for the platform, all development and art part of the games.

What were your goals for this project?

It was an urgent issue to create slots, Game development and Blockchain Gaming, and integrate bitcoin, ethereum and other cryptocurrencies into our network and also develop smart contracts

How did you select this vendor?

I know their CTO from the previous project, he was a great solution architect here.

SRGH team received the task to develop a games and platform in a iGaming genre. The team was engaged in the concept development, content production, game art, and the game design process.

A big number of characters with various sets of abilities were included to make the games entertaining and engaging, which helps to attract players attentions. They finished the work on time, the product was ready for launch by the deadline.

At the project they work with 2 Unity developers, 2 front end, 1 back end, 1 QA, 1 project manager

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

they developed neesesry games, faced budget and timeframes. They suggested to use not just Unity for web, which helps to create crossplatfrom games. It was the best solution in our experience.

Cooperation with project manager was productive, with using calls by Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are productive and have a great team with more than 10 years of experience.

I'm not sure, it was all clear to work with this team.

We made requested quotes from 5 companies. Our partner, a content development company, recommended SRGH as an experienced Game development company, so we included them in our shortlist. met and debriefed all companies and them discussed their proposal. SRGH was the best.

For our project were dedicated over 4 team members to create the game and faced the deadlines. The team has been highly knowledgeable and communicative throughout the engagement.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

SRGH created art and graphics for the games, large number of 2d assets for reel symbols, backgrounds, app icons and other graphics stuff.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The workflow was very effective they quickly and reliably answered our questions and concerns, and were able to have biweekly update calls with us.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found it impressive how knowledgeable they were about Unity, JavaScript, and APIs. Their communication skills also stood out.
