We were setting out to build a compliance management software that would provide significant administrative and risk mitigation benefits to the construction industry. The challenge was that we needed to make the experience as easy and user friendly as possible, whilst keeping the target client engaged in the platform.

We needed a compelling design and UX/UI that would set us apart from other platforms in the market.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Delivering the design to a high quality standard within the noted timeframes and ensuring no imediment to the development team.

They had fantastic communication. We had regular design meetings, with email and whatsapp communication outside of these. Arish has excellent response times and was even available outside of normal business hours for emergencies.

At a human level, Arish demonstrated honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all our interactions. His proactive involvement ensured seamless collaboration across projects.

Hyyv's quality of work was amongst the best I hae seen, and far exceeded anything else available at a similar level. They were very research led. They never made a decision without providing evidence or reasoning as to they why. Arish would often recit industry experts and global trends which showed he was always ahead of the norm. 

Arish also had a keen eye talent, recruiting and adding quality designers to support him in the delivery of our project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HYYV could have done differently?

No not really. In most respects, HYYV went over and above what anyone else would normally do.
