Hyperion Consulting is a founder-led Product Management for Physical AI & Industrial AI practice, registered in France and operated from Delft, Netherlands. It provides full-lifecycle product management for robotics, autonomous systems and industrial AI through a versioned Physical AI Product System.
The Hyperion Product Bridge is a two-way operating contract: business and customer intent shapes product, architecture and development decisions; technical, delivery and field evidence can reopen scope, economics, investment and customer commitments. The scope runs from strategy and discovery through product development, productization, launch, operation, scale and organisational transition.
The practice covers Physical AI and Industrial AI, sovereign AI and open-weight models, with a specialisation in Mistral AI models. Hyperion is independent of Mistral AI and holds no Mistral AI partnership or certification.
Three engagement families:
Product Decision Review: one consequential product, architecture, launch or investment decision.
Product Leadership Mission: one product, platform, product family or launch, led to a named, evidence-backed milestone.
Executive Product Leadership: recurring Fractional CPO or time-bounded Interim Head of Product ownership.
Every engagement is led directly by Mohammed Cherifi, whose 17+-year career spans NDS/Cisco, Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi and ABB E-mobility.
On-site work: London, Paris/Île-de-France, the Randstad (Netherlands), Germany (Munich, Ruhr, Stuttgart) and Brussels/Luxembourg. Meetings and workshops in English and French.
