Introduce your business and what you do there.

We are a moving and transportation company. I’m in charge of business development and I take care of all business acquisitions.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperad Media?

The moving industry in Quebec, especially in Montreal, is very saturated. There are a lot of competing companies so it’s hard to break through the noise and be seen by people on Google and social media. We’ve worked with a couple of different companies but achieved very little success, so we’re now working with Hyperad Media to address this challenge.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hyperad Media suggested that we create three specialized, ultra-local and hyper-local websites: one main site that targets Montreal and two other sites that cover the other areas where we provide our services. After doing just that, the team is now optimizing all of the websites to generate leads for our business. They’re also running our Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

What is the team composition?

I’m mainly communicating with the project manager and the designer, but they had more people working on this project.

We found Hyperad Media through a reference.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project around January 2019. I’m still working with them.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All the websites Hyperad Media developed for us are working well and generating leads successfully. They’ve also been able to significantly lower the cost per lead compared to the other agencies we’ve worked with. The team sends me reports and we’ve found that our websites come up in the top three results for all the important keywords. 

Now, we have 30%–40% more moving jobs than we did back in 2017, going from 700–800 transactions to as much as 1,000 transactions per year.

How did Hyperad Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Most of the time, we communicate via email. In terms of project management, they always send me a calendar of deliverables and monthly reports, which I have no complaints about. Whatever we require, Hyperad Media delivers on time. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hyperad Media has made everything simple for me. They explain everything in a language and terms that I can understand. They’ve got a good team of designers 

I don’t have time for lots of email exchanges, so I also like that there’s always someone available to talk to me when I call them. A lot of agencies are bureaucratic and make it difficult to schedule a call with any one member. However, Hyperad Media is very easy to deal with. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I’m pretty much satisfied with their services and can’t say anything negative about them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Hyperad Media has great expertise in their specialization. Make sure to work closely with Andrei (Head of Digital Marketing).
