I’m the founder and CEO of an audience relationship management startup that helps creators reach, engage, and monetize their audiences. We have a CRM that allows users to run ads, schedule social media posts, send emails, and much more.

We’ve done tax filing with them through email for two years now. I’ll send over the necessary financials. We hop on the phone if necessary.

It’s an easy process working with HWI Corporation. They’re knowledgeable, timely, and available to answer any questions. I’m a relatively new business owner, so they were happy to educate me on different tax processes. They were professional, remaining on top of things.

I usually send them questions through email. If it requires more than 100 words, we hop on the phone.

HWI Corporation is quick in response, compared to other firms. Their communication is great. Their fees are also pretty reasonable.
