Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

DO NOT PAY for their subscription. Here is my experience with Creative Tenders (creativetenders.co.uk) - I was on their Freelancer Plan which was around £300 per year. As soon as my first year ended, they auto-debited my card (which is banned to do to any Indian consumer).

When I reached out to them and spoke with Rebecca, Marie and CC’d in the Founder CEO John - they said that they will provide only 50% refund. I said that I do not want 50% refund as I do not want to use the platform. They continue to ignore me to the date.

Please be aware that their client relationship team is TERRIBLE. After being a client for a year and referring more than 5 more agencies to the platform, this is what I got. If you ask me, ANY DAY ANY TIME, PREFER OTHERS OVER THEM.

They are organized but have terrible after-sales service.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everywhere. I recommend they shut down.

In our system, it looks like your case was resolved on the 5th of May 2022 with your Account Manager.

We can see that you have received our daily bulletins throughout your subscription. This bulletin contains a reminder of our 30-day cancellation policy. As you are a valued customer, we did provide a 50% refund without receiving a 30-days notice of cancellation and we have also provided three months of free access.

I can see that your Account Manager has contacted you again on the 20th of May to see if you have found any suitable tenders and to offer free telephone consultancy with our Bid Writers.
