Hudson was established in 2001 because of the biggest stand-alone acquisition of Human Capital Companies across the world. In total, approx. 120 companies were merged into one brand. This has resulted in a unique internal knowledge base and access to tools that few others can match.

Our services range from Executive Search, Executive Coaching to Talent Management. In Hudson, we have strong focus on processes and documentation. Thus, it is not enough to say that a candidate performs well today, we must also be able to predict future performance. To be leading in prediction and evaluation, we have our own Center of Excellence in Belgium with leading psychologists in behavior and performance. They develop new unique test portfolios for multiple purposes; Recruitment, Executive Coaching, Assessment and Development Centers.
