We had shortlisted of 3 cyber company and we meetup with them then according to their details and services we decided to work with DABAGA CYBER SOLUTION LIMITED

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They perfomed cybersecurity risk assesment then the submitted the report. After report presentation we opted to train both of our employee since risk assesment report indicated our employee lacked ICT security awareness. Lastly, they conducted training both online to other employee and phisical to management team

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After the project Maketech Limited employee have good knowledge about cybersecurity and how to protect company network, most employee have ideas about email attachments and fishing mail few to mention.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was smooth though we was new to cyber consultation, they updated our key contact person us on every step.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Actually, we appriciate their professionalism. They were excellent on how to operate all training and services provided to Maketatech limited.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, they have to improve the way they tarin online. Their online training system is not good as phyisical tarining. We understand more if they train phisically. Honestly, we did not like their online training.
