Unilever is a multinational company which produce cosmetic products and foods products. I'm working as a assistant MMIT manager at branch office in Pakistan. Our branch office is located in lahore.

For what projects/services did your company hire HT Supplies & Services Private Limited?

We were launching a new product in Pakistan, for this project we hired HT Supplies and Services Private Limited to provide IT specialists who will manage our software and provide us our customers database to spread our products around the country. They provide us whole staff and services to help us in the process. They have outstanding skills and experience to develop a successful business.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal were not only for getting IT Specialist but it was a little bit more complicated for us to develop our products in that city where we could not find a good way to get contracted with new wholesale dealers. By help of HT Supplies and Services we were able to get contracted easily and efficiently through their man power supply chain.

How did you select this vendor?

Selection of HT Supplies and Services was made by a tender notice. We release our tender to get best rates form outsourcing companies. 7-8 companies submitted their business proposals to our office. Our branch office review each proposal step by step and chose the appropriate supplier to reward our contract. HT Supplies and Services was on top by receiving the highest numbers as they have a good organizational structure and financial records.

After rewarding contract to HT Supplies and Services we scheduled a meeting with them and discuss the project. We told them our vision and strategies to develop a successful product in the new market. We give them our requirements and project structure. They started working on the project within a week and provide us a whole staff of IT Specialist who will be working for us. They responded our calls and emails efficiently and quickly.

What was the team composition?

Team composition was a great success and they were very talented. Their team was friendly and helpful for us to have them as a leader for our group. They worked as we discussed and they did the right job.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was very successful and make positive feedback from our customers as they started this project efficiently at the beginning. They give value to our customers and never let us down.

Well they assigned us a outclass team and management IT staff. Our office staff and thier team workde together for a great deal of experience and knowledge. They provide a great selection of products lounging and marketing tools.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their staff and quick services impressed us and make us proud to having a great IT services from HT Supplies and Services.

Are there any areas for improvement?

All the services were very helpful for us and we would like to have services from this company again. Every this was perfectly done. Quality of work and efficient approach is very important for all companies. As compared to other companies HT Supplies and Services have ability to prioritize tasks based on the most important duties. They have outstanding skills and experience.
