We hired HR Ways for our IT Resources Recruitment during the phase in which we were required to provide multiple stack developers to our client in a rush. We were given a timeframe of less than a month to get this accomplished, so we had to get additional help from headhunters and recruitment firms. At this point, we onboarded HR Ways. We got our MERN Stack and iOS Development resources recruited using HR Ways Services.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It was a pretty successful project for us in terms of meeting our requirements. We had to hire 2 senior iOS leads and MERN Stack senior engineers with very specific verticals. It took us some time to run the interviewing process with the shortlisted candidate by HR Ways and in total, the hiring percentage was more than 80% for the resources, that were shortlisted by the HR Ways team.

Project Management was done by 2 different people, including Madiha and Rida and the support team including Rafiha, Fariha and Ramsha were always available to answer our queries and were working in parallel on resource shortlisting and scheduling interviews with our Project Management teams. The response time was very swift, and overall, it was a smooth experience for us as an IT Services team.

I think one the very fine element is that it is a purely women led startup, every single member has very clear idea about their own Job Descriptions and they do not over lap the processes, which i think personally is very important in executing enterprise level hirings.

Yes, every company has some shortfalls, i think one of the major thing they need to work on now is that, as they'll be growing and taking on international recruitment assignments they will need a team to work on multiple time zones. As long as they have an idea towards this, they will keep on growing in multiple territories.
