We helped the CEO get back 10+ hours a week, reduce overwhelm, automating payroll, benefits deductions and outsourcing all benefits questions from employees to the vendor. ### Interim Chief HR Officer Elite Healthcare Consultants is a comprehensive business service agency providing administrative services to home care agencies of all sizes. Some of our services include intake, payroll, recruiting, and human resources.
