• Determine appropriate sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. 

Candidate Sourcing and Screening: 

• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. 
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against predefined criteria. 
• Shortlist candidates for further evaluation based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. 

Interview Coordination and Assessment: 

• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and the Our Organization's hiring team.

Onboarding Support: 

• Provide support during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for the new hires. 
• Offer guidance on orientation, training, and integration into the organization. 

Post-Placement Follow-Up: 

• Conduct follow-up sessions with both the Our Organization and the placed candidate to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. 
• Provide ongoing support and assistance as needed during the candidate's initial period of employment.
