I’m the CEO of ArtPM, a company that supports enterprises in designing and implementing modern solutions to increase competitiveness by optimizing processes, projects, and organizational competencies.

What challenge were you trying to address with HQ Networks?

We needed to ensure a stable, secure, and scalable IT infrastructure for our company. We also wanted a partner who could take full ownership of our IT operations and advise us on long-term technology strategy.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

HQ Networks provides comprehensive IT outsourcing services for us. Their work includes ongoing L1/L2 support for end users, administration of servers and network infrastructure, implementation and management of web/mail systems, backup configuration, security hardening, and continuous monitoring of key systems.

Moreover, HQ Networks is responsible for optimizing our existing environment, documenting the infrastructure, improving internal IT processes, and ensuring business continuity through proper backup and disaster recovery procedures.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from HQ Networks.

How did you come to work with HQ Networks?

We found them through a referral. We chose them because of their high ratings and good value for cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2009, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our cooperation with HQ Networks has resulted in clearly improved system stability and significantly reduced downtime. Our email, website, and dedicated business systems operate reliably, with noticeably fewer interruptions and faster issue resolution times.

We’ve also seen improvements in response time to support requests and overall IT organization. Our infrastructure is now better structured, secured, and documented, which gives us greater operational continuity and confidence that our systems can scale as the company grows.

How did HQ Networks perform from a project management standpoint?

HQ Networks has demonstrated structured and reliable project management throughout our cooperation. Their communication is clear, responsibilities are well defined, and tasks are prioritized effectively. They deliver on time and keep us informed about progress, planned maintenance, or potential risks.

We value their proactive approach and the fact that they take ownership rather than reacting only when problems arise. Our primary forms of communication are virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What stands out most about HQ Networks is their sense of ownership and responsibility for our IT environment. They don’t just fix issues when they appear — they think ahead, suggest improvements, and actively look for ways to increase stability and security.

We also value their responsiveness and direct communication. Even though they manage complex technical areas like hosting and dedicated systems, they explain things clearly and keep everything well organized, which makes cooperation smooth and predictable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At this stage, we’re satisfied with the cooperation and the results delivered. As with any long-term partnership, there’s always room for further optimization, but nothing significant stands out as an area requiring improvement. Their communication, delivery, and technical execution have met our expectations, and the collaboration continues to evolve positively over time.
