Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They did not deliver on time.  Updating our Seo took forever, promised me many things and team kept changing. They canceled meetings on me completely half way through without ANY meetings.  Very unprofessional and not something we would have agreed to

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Not much.  Very unprofessional. Our ranking dropped to our lowest point, they cancelled all meetings that were initially promised to us AND they did not refund our money after a 60 day+ notice to cancel. Do not recommend

Are there any areas for improvement or something Horison Marketing could have done differently?

They did not give us the service they promised.  No meetings, missed targets, we dropped to our lowest level ever and then on top of that cancelled the promised meetings.  Then they tried to ask for another month of payment after I had giving them a 60+ day notice to cancel.  Extremely unprofessional and defiantly recommend avoiding at all cost. This is not how you do business

Scope of Work
Our engagement was strictly limited to Amazon PPC and SEO, as outlined in your contract. We were not contracted as a full-service agency to manage your entire Amazon business or broader marketing strategy.

Additional Support
Throughout the engagement, we frequently supported you beyond scope—offering help with listings, A/B testing, and creative suggestions—at no additional cost. These efforts were made in good faith to support your success.

Performance Factors
While we drove strong traffic and over 18M impressions, conversion remained low (3.9%)—largely due to outdated creatives, pricing gaps, and product quality concerns. These areas fall outside our control but were regularly flagged by our team. Recommendations such as improving visuals and offering more competitive price points were made but not actioned.

Marketing & Budget Constraints
Your departure from off-Amazon marketing significantly reduced branded search volume, impacting performance. We advised reactivating channels like Meta, Google Ads, and other PR-driven strategies, but these were not implemented. Tight margin constraints also led to aggressive TACOS targets that limited campaign flexibility.

Communication & Strategy
We provided more frequent meetings than contractually required, offering clear, actionable suggestions. Some strategic decisions—like focusing spend on underperforming keywords—were client-directed despite our guidance.

We strive to be transparent, proactive, and supportive. While we regret the results did not meet your expectations, many factors were beyond our remit. We stand by the work delivered and are always open to a constructive conversation.
