Improved branding and general impression of people when they visited my profile. Coached me on all items I wanted to post about on LinkedIn.
They also maintained an active list of 500+ leads whom they regularly market and provide value to.

The team consistently met deadlines and were very independent in their working. All I needed to do was meet them once a week to discuss the upcoming week strategy and the current week's progress, and the rest we resolved asynchronously quite well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They're pretty smart and good at their job. I liked their energetic approach to their work. They have often told me things about marketing which I was not aware of, so I am thankful for their expertise in this domain and often send other non-LinkedIn questions to them too.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hirenum could have done differently?

Slightly faster communication or more visibility into the logged items would be quite helpful. A Trello/Notion/Linear board where their client has visibility into the requested items and their state would be helpful. Software companies usually do this for their large-scale clients.
