HireMD

HireMD combines three things most nearshore vendors do not: we are a real Moldova IT Park resident (7% flat tax on turnover instead of the standard income-tax + social-contribution
stack), we curate the largest public directory of Moldovan IT companies (638+ verified profiles representing roughly 20,000 engineers at hiremd.app, with zero commission on the deals that
route through it), and we ship the software ourselves when clients would rather not manage a match. That mix means we can either build for you, employ engineers for you, or point you at
the right specialist agency - whichever solves the actual problem.

Our team ships custom web apps, product MVPs, and AI systems (agents, MCP servers, retrieval, evaluations), and runs Employer-of-Record and payroll for foreign clients hiring in Moldova.
Every EOR engagement includes a Moldova labor-code employment contract, IP assignment and NDA at onboarding, GDPR-aligned DPA, statutory benefits administration, and clean offboarding -
all under HireMD's local liability, not yours.

Moldova is an EU candidate country with GMT+2 alignment, strong STEM output, and senior engineers at 60-70% of Western European loaded cost. If you want to see the market before you
commit, browse the directory at hiremd.app. If you want to skip the shopping, talk to us.
