BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the CEO of the company. We provide a saas software that enables our clients to have video call and screen take-over with their customers. We have partners in UK, Spain, Canada and Sweden.

For what projects/services did your company hire hire Quality Software, and what were your goals?

We searched for a long time for developers who could create a tailored service according to what we wanted. Hire Quality was the only developer who knew what I wanted.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I got in touch with them through another partner.

We had an idea of how we wanted the software. However, no knowledge at all about how it should be developed. Hire Quality presented in detail how the development would go. About 3 days after our first meeting, they showed a demo of software.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I think it was 3 the first time. Now it is 2. The CEO and a junior developer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are currently launching the service. It has been very well received and we have high hopes that it will go well.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They have always met deadlines. Continuous updates with weekly meetings. And they work towards milestones. This makes us very pressured in how to pay, etc.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am most impressed with their transparency. If a project takes time, they give you a heads up long before the deadline. The same thing if a project went faster than estimated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. We ourselves should have done a little more research in certain development phases.
