We went from zero infrastructure to a fully operational SaaS platform live at peoplesinfo.com. Specific outcomes include 18 pricing plans live and processing real payments through Stripe, seven Voice AI agents deployed and tested across six industry verticals in both English and Spanish, an automated lead pipeline pulling approximately 450 contractor leads per month through Apify, Apollo, Make.com, and into GHL, a complete client onboarding system with nine automated pipeline stages handling everything from first contact through active client status, and a live website with an interactive Voice AI demo widget that lets prospects experience the product before signing up.

The platform is now ready to onboard paying contractors and operate with minimal manual intervention.

At the time of this review the platform had just launched. The technical benchmarks we tracked during build and testing included successful end to end payment processing through Stripe with automatic GHL sub-account creation, Voice AI agents handling test calls with appointment booking confirmed across all six industry verticals, and an automated lead pipeline processing approximately 450 contractor leads per month from Apify through Apollo enrichment into GHL. We are now in the early stages of client acquisition and will have conversion and revenue metrics to report as the business scales

Like any complex technical build there were moments that required refinement along the way. The Voice AI system went through several rounds of testing and each time we identified something that needed adjustment, whether it was the language routing, the appointment booking flow, or the call quality, One Technologies addressed it immediately with no pushback and no excuses.

The same went for the lead pipeline and the website. Every piece of feedback we gave was acted on quickly and thoroughly. Problems were never left open. They were identified, communicated, and resolved.
