We worked with Highpolar Software to create a website and appointment booking system to grow the digital presence of the healthcare firm and direct all our digital efforts towards the appointment booking portal. We informed the Highpolar Software team about our needs. They suggested we develop a website along with a custom appointment booking portal. They also created a custom Content Management System to help with our SEO plans.

We needed help bringing together our feedback and grievance redressal systems, so the team suggested a Feedback Portal to collect feedback within the hospital premises via Kiosks. The Highpolar team even suggested a Messaging system to contact our community for grievance redressal and other communications. We also wanted the team to provide technical support and maintenance for all the software developed.

So, key deliverables this were:

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Highpolar team successfully delivered a user friendly website with an easy to use CMS that can be easily handled by our team. The appointment booking system was successfully delivered leading to us capturing leads through our digital channels. We continue to use the portal for increasing our footfall.
• The feedback system has been crucial in collecting positive feedback while also addressing grievances swiftly.
• The messaging software is also an easy and cost-effective way to connect and expand our reach among our community.
• All the deliverables were delivered at a swift pace and therefore, aligned with our expansion plans very well.

I was impressed with the way the team handled the project. I worked directly with one of the founders initially and was later in touch with a project manager from the Highpolar team. The response time was short and I could count on the team to resolve any blockade or confusion immediately. Highpolar had planned a phase-wise delivery of the software as there were multiple pieces involved.

We received all deliverables on time and the team was always available when we needed some guidance or help in the set up. Prompt and effective management.

Highpolar worked as a technical partner and not like an agency- taking initiative, suggesting the right technical direction and working promptly to deliver. Highpolar is maintaining the software for us even now and we have no complaints. The communication is clear and to the point and they work very well with our technical and non-technical team members to ensure everything runs smoothly. I appreciate the genuine personal interest that Highpolar takes on our firm' success.
