Highphen is a Singapore-based development studio run by two senior engineers who write production code every day.

We focus on high-leverage, emerging-tech projects where velocity and technical judgment matter more than headcount. Our clients choose us when they want founders-talking-to-founders, not a layer of account managers between them and the people writing the code.

• Telegram Mini Apps & Bots — Live Mini Apps serving real users. Full stack: Telegram WebApp auth, TON wallet integration, Cloudflare Workers backends, Firebase.

• Web3 / Blockchain — Smart contracts, wallet integrations (EVM + TON), token mechanics, reward systems, and dApp front-ends. Production systems processing real on-chain transactions.

• Mobile (iOS & Android) — React Native, and native Swift/Kotlin when performance matters. Firebase, Supabase, or custom backends.

• Custom web & SaaS — Next.js, TypeScript, serverless-first on Cloudflare or Vercel. Fluent in Firebase, Supabase, and modern data tooling.

• Marketing websites — Fast, conversion-focused sites with performance budgets and analytics from day one.

— How we work —

Two-person senior team by design. You talk to the people who ship. Typical engagements: fixed-scope MVPs (4-12 weeks), ongoing partnerships, or embedded "CTO-for-hire" for early-stage teams that need senior engineering leadership without a full hire.

We also run products in the Telegram Mini App and Web3 space, including Free Rewards (rewards Mini App) and Judge-to-Earn (AI-data-labeling Mini App on TON). Running our own products means we've lived the problems we help clients solve.
