We needed a new design for our "Mein HSP" app and a new professional UI/UX web solution from our main software HSP Spotlight.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We have discussed with some UI/UX developers. After interviewing them, we chose this vendos based on their past projects, design skills and cost estimate.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

They look at the current software with its processes and tried this in a web application plus including the advantages of a web application. Each form was individually designed and then discussed. Changes were made quickly until a final version was available at the end. They also responded very well to the developers requests.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Me and the developers worked directly with the UI/UX designer and the project manager.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The "My HSP" app was released in the summer. We received consistently positive feedback for the new fresh design. The UI / UX design for HSP Spotlight serves as the foundation for the developed web application and will be released in 2022

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Easy communication via e-mail / zoom and always quick to reach. Also direct communication with the developers.

We had meetings to establish the market position and direction, but also to choose the design. We received mockups that were compatible with the platform chosen for the development of the site.
