We honestly wanted a simple shopify platform to start with and later we would expand to a custom platform entirely for ourselves

Every 2 weeks we would sitdown and get shown what was done to see the progress. They were very transparent.

They delivered items on time. They would make a list of things that they would do within the next 2 weeks and if they deadlines werent met for all they would be as transparent and tellus about it

They could ask more questions. They understood what we wanted globally but they missed the detail which they would get to know by asking more questions. One could argue that we should entirely tell them what we want in detail but we could agree to disagree :)
