Heyhicompany provided us with a full cycle web design service. The process started with thorough briefing sessions to align goals and ideas. From there, their team worked on concept design, ensuring each element matched our vision.

The final deliverables included a fully realized homepage, speakers page, agenda page, contact forms, pop-ups, and supporting sections. Additionally, the team helped adapt our updated visual style and reimagined the user experience, ticket purchasing process, and overall customer journey, making it more seamless and engaging.

More people should know about how talaned their team is. So, PR of the company should  do better, because the work they deliver is amazing.

Heyhicompany helped us design and develop the mobile application for SensorInsight, for both iOS and Android platforms, for mobile phones and also tablets. The apps were designed in Figma, after several feedback sessions with our team and developed in React Native. The applications are used by our customers (vineyard managers and staff) to monitor their crops and visualize the data produced by our sensors from wherever they are.

The app is a great addition to our software, a lot of our customers asked us for a long time to develop an app for them. Heyhicompany did a great job to understand the requirements, they worked really well with our current team that develops the backend and web app. They were very autonomous and delivered the apps fast with no bugs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes were to deliver easy to use mobile apps for iOS and Android. The first version of the app (for both iOS and Android) are done, we are now going through the review process with App Store and Google Play. We expect to launch the apps in the coming days/weeks. All our expected outcomes have been met, and we are very happy with the results.

The team had extensive background and experience in building mobile applications. They were very responsive and accessible during working hours. We used Slack for most communications and would use a remote meetings for discussions or larger teams.

The redesigned website received noticeably more positive feedback from both existing and prospective customers, particularly regarding its ease of navigation and overall user experience.

The redesign gave us a much stronger digital presence and better supported our customer acquisition efforts.

They built our core platform end to end. Key deliverables included the full UI/UX design of the app, the dashboards for our trading signals and Q Score, the multi-asset screener and asset-allocation views, the user account and trial flow, and a backend our team could manage and update content through easily. The focus throughout was on making sophisticated data feel approachable.

Two stood out. We've seen more demo bookings since launch, the cleaner experience clearly helps convert interest into real conversations. And internally, it's far easier for our team to update content and keep things current without needing help for every small change.

• We needed a complete redesign and rebuild of our company website, doitwell.ua. The old version wasn't really doing its job. It loaded slowly, looked dated on mobile, and wasn't bringing in the leads we knew it should. Our business is CRM implementation and sales automation, so it was a bit embarrassing to have a site that didn't convert well. We hired HeyHiCompany to design and build a new site from the ground up that would actually reflect how we work and turn visitors into real inquiries.

They handled the entire project, full design and full development of our website.

The main deliverables:

• A complete visual redesign of the whole site, including our homepage, About, case studies, and contact pages.
• The full set of service landing pages, one for our overall CRM implementation method and separate ones for individual systems like Pipedrive, KeepinCRM, and NetHunt, plus pages targeted at specific industries (B2B, manufacturers, online stores, builders, and so on).
• A clear layout for our five-stage implementation methodology, so a visitor can actually follow how we work step by step.
• The multilingual setup, since we run the site in Ukrainian, English, and Russian.
• All the lead capture forms and the messenger contact integrations (Viber and Telegram), which is how a lot of our market prefers to reach out. 
• A sections layout for our client case studies and the logos of companies we've worked with.
• A backend that our own team could actually update without breaking anything.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The improvements were clear pretty quickly:

• The site loads noticeably faster than the old one.
• The mobile experience is much cleaner. Before, the site was awkward on phones, and now it just works.
• We're getting more leads through the contact forms. That was the whole point, and it's happening.
• Bounce rate improved, people are staying and actually moving through the pages instead of leaving right away.
• Internally, it's far easier for our team to update content ourselves now, which saves us going back and forth for every small change.

This was one of the best parts. The project ran about six months, and they hit their deadlines throughout. When we asked for changes or had questions, they were responsive and didn't make it complicated. For a project of this size, with a lot of pages and a multilingual structure, staying on schedule the whole way is not a small thing. They kept it organized.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Honestly, it was how well they balanced design and function. A lot of agencies are good at one or the other. HEYHICOMPANY made something that looked genuinely polished but was also built to sell. They didn't fight us on the complexity our business actually needs, they worked with it and made it feel simple for the visitor. The fact that they're based in away from us and still delivered a site this well suited to a Ukrainian audience, with the right contact methods and language setup, said a lot about how carefully they listened.

Nothing major. The only small thing was the time difference.
