Beryl worked on Herbacle’s complete brand and digital presence, covering branding, packaging and website design. The scope included creating a clean and trustworthy visual identity, defining the brand look and feel, colour palette, typography and overall design direction. For packaging, we designed a premium and credible product pack that balanced natural ingredient cues with science backed hair care positioning. For the website, we designed the user journey, key product pages, home page, product explanation sections, ingredient communication, benefit highlights, usage flow and purchase focused layouts. The overall goal was to make Herbacle look more professional, easy to understand and ready for both online sales and retail presentation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new brand identity and packaging helped Herbacle look more premium, trustworthy and retail ready, improving product presentation across website, marketplace listings and physical packaging by nearly 70 to 80%. The website made the product easier to understand by clearly explaining benefits, ingredients, usage and purchase steps, reducing customer confusion and improving the buying journey across key product pages.

Project management was smooth and well structured. Timelines were clearly defined from the start and most deliverables were shared on or before schedule. Communication was consistent, and feedback loops were quick, which helped avoid delays. They were responsive to our inputs and open to iterations, while still guiding decisions with clarity and expertise. Overall, the process felt collaborative, efficient and easy to move forward with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out was how quickly they understood our business and turned it into a clear, simple brand. They bring strong industry expertise and years of experience, yet remain very humble in how they work with clients. They genuinely listen to ideas, but are not a yes yes agency. They clearly guide what will work in the market and what will not, which made the process honest, practical and effective from day one.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Heracle.io could have done differently?

Honestly, the overall experience was smooth. If anything, a bit more proactive check ins during the process could have helped us stay even more aligned internally, but nothing that impacted the final outcome.
