Established in 1977, our CPA firm was founded by former Deloite & Touche principals who specializes in complex tax and accounting issues. In 1989, we added another partner from Ernst & Young, specializing in growing and complex business accounting and tax issues. The firm was originally in downtown los Angeles at 6th and Grand and moved to Old Town Pasadena in 1983, and then to its current home in South Pasadena in 2000. We have been involved in numerous community activities serving on the board of directors of the Pasadena Jaycees, Tournament of Toys, YMCA Youth Sports, South Pasadena Little League, AYSO, South Pasadena PTA, Boy Scouts, Teen Futures, Pasadena Jaycee Foundation, The Groundlings and 25 years as a volunteer for the Tournament of Roses.
