Henno AI

Henno AI is the practice of Henno Fourie, an AI consultant who works as the embedded AI lead for owner-run South African businesses. I work in person in Johannesburg and Cape Town, and online anywhere.

Most owners can see AI could help but have no one to own it. I find where admin is costing you money, fix it with your team one process at a time, and stay accountable for the results.

How it works

- A free 30-minute online call. Bring one admin job that eats your week. I tell you whether it is worth fixing and what the next step costs.
- A first project, quoted before it starts, then built, tested and walked through with the people who will use it.
- A fixed monthly retainer with a weekly check-in, help between calls, and advice when a new tool would change something.

What I set up

- A daily briefing on WhatsApp with email priorities, follow-ups and a printable one-page plan
- Shared document libraries in Claude Cowork for drafting and reviewing contracts
- ChatGPT, Claude or Grok configured and taught around your own tasks
- Connections to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and n8n, plus small tools for repeating jobs

I focus on finance and professional services, such as accounting practices, law firms and financial advisers. Caveat Capital, a financial advisory firm, was about to hire a full-time PA. It has worked with me since March 2026 and still hasn't needed one.
