We're a holistic health and wellness company that provides home remedies for chronic problems like indigestion and allergies. I'm a co-founder.

We had to build on the existing website for a new offering. The work required a vendor that could understand the existing environment and deliver changes in a timely manner.

Our goal was to create a customized pre-consultation page for our corporate wellness program.

They took control of the legacy website, learned its environment, and delivered the requested changes. They created a custom URL with our branding and password protection. Employees use it to take a questionnaire, which we receive before their in-person consultations to facilitate better interaction.

What was the team composition?

The team had a project lead and a subordinate. The lead kept us updated in a timely manner, and the resource worked on iterations.

We created brand value and a professional image through this project. It was executed seamlessly, and our corporate office liked the approach.

Overall, their project management was satisfactory. They adhered to deadlines, implemented changes in a timely manner, and sometimes even worked beyond regular hours.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were friendly and candid about what they could and couldn't deliver. They worked with us to understand challenges and suggest solutions.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

They could have better documented some parts of the project, such as how they designated resources and team leads. We only communicated with the lead. When he wasn't available, we had to wait for him to call back. That always happened, but we should have also received the team's contact details.
