I am currently CEO of the company. The company operates in the field of showcase website development and e-commerce. Based in Annemasse, near Geneva, the catchment area is international (Switzerland and France). We design turnkey sites for SMEs. The acquisition of new prospects is essential for us, hence the intervention of Helpin Agency.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was prospected on LinkedIn by Helpin agency. I really liked the approach and the hook methodology. The complementarity of the services offered (Linkedin, phoning ...) and the "humanized" process were decisive factors.

First of all, we observed an increase in the visit of the profile worked. (80 more subscribers in a few days on our company page) LinkedIn prospecting has enabled the signing of several development and maintenance contracts.

Very efficient, video reporting is a plus. The agency is very reachable and responsive.

The Human side (personnel and sales process) and transparency.
