I’m the co-founder of a boutique digital marketing company. We offer SEO, PPC, and analytics services to clients across North America, with offices in Vancouver, Toronto, Edmonton, and Calgary.

We had a lot of work but weren’t very profitable. We needed advice on how to run our agency.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rachel provided consulting and project management training. She conducted workshops to flush out the issues and pain points. There were documents and tools, but the main benefit was the advice from the workshops. All of them were customized to our agency.

We worked together from January–December 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We saw improvements in our profit margin and client retention. Moreover, our confidence improved. Running a small business is difficult because you don’t know which problems are fixable and how. Some problems just exist. Rachel sorted out the ones we could fix and the ones we could leave alone.

We mainly communicated through virtual meetings.

Her experience was impressive. She had worked with a hundred agencies like mine, so the recommendations came from a very knowledgeable place.
