Designed our logo and overall brand, business cards, and website, as well as a variety of other smaller aspects of our graphics.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As the project is all design-based and we are still in the startup phase the demonstration of progress/success is not exactly measurable, but we have gotten excellent feedback from prospective customers about the design work. In terms of progress of the work itself, we received regular updates and were allowed several flexible revision phases for each major aspect of the projects.

Nathalie's project management was excellent. Delivery of specified elements of the projects were delivered in a timely manner and regular updates were provided about the progress. She was very flexible about responding to our needs and requests, even humouring us on some of our requested changes without complaint even when we eventually realized that her initial recommendations were correct. 

She provided several rounds of revisions for each major project, helping us to reach final results that were completely to our satisfaction.

As a design company, it was of course the design portfolio we found most impressive. This is what drew us to Hello Pop in the first place, and the results we received exceeded our expectations.

Nothing in particular comes to mind, we are very happy with Nathalie and her work and demeanor.

For us, it was important to find a company with similar values and that put an emphasis on partnership and shared success. It was clear from the beginning that working with Hello Pop Design was going to be very synergistic and collaborative. Their ability to listen and translate thoughts and ideas into a final product was amazing. All of these elements created an environment that was calibrated to drive success.

Hello Pop Design provided us with bespoke design services complimented with a great responsive project management practice, however, they also had a high degree of fluidity in their process which allowed us to quickly pivot when we needed to. Deliverables were always on time and the project was delivered on budget.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Hello Pop Design ability to quickly spin up a creative collaborative environment from day one was impressive. It was engaging, rewarding, and familiar from day one – like we were old friends/colleagues that had worked together for a long time. That type of rapid relationship building ability is uncommon (and unique) but was very much appreciated.

No, not at all. We loved our experience in working with Hello Pop Design — it was absolutely fantastic. We really look forward to working with them again.

During our work with Hello Pop Design, we initiated the project by answering a questionnaire to help us create a mood board inspired by our vision and goals. Throughout this process, Hello Pop Design was able to develop three distinct visual directions. After careful consideration, we selected one direction, and Nathalie from Hello Pop Design delivered three outstanding logos and company directions, all of which exhibited exceptional quality and reflected our brand identity effectively.

Choosing among these options was a challenging task due to their high-quality brand identity. Following this, we engaged in a collaborative effort to design our business cards and website. This process was notably smoother because we had a well-defined and robust brand identity in place. Even to this day, we can easily distinguish ourselves on social media by adhering to the brand guidelines provided by Nathalie.
