BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I own Styx Industries and I invented and created a product to launch on Kickstarter.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Helix Media, and what were your goals?

We hired Helix Media LLC to provide our campaign with a Website, Kickstarter Advertisement, and Product Photography. Our goal was to have this completed in a very short time period.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have seen their past work with clients and were very impressed. They care about their clients and never treated me as if I was a profit project for them.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

Since we had a tight timeframe, we presented our ideas and worked together to accomplish something practical and also effective. Helix sketched out the ideas and right away we started production because they offer what's called a "flash project". Once completed it took only 24 hours for us to receive the final product.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We worked with Nathan Hovatter, the owner. He was fantastic, since it's his business he made sure that every possible concern was addressed and showed so much passion for his craft.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had a successful campaign and everyone loved the content Helix Media created with tons of positive feedback. The Website worked flawlessly and many people contacted us even after the campaign finished.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Everything was organized quite well, they asked what preferred method of communication was best for me and then used that platform. They were extremely accommodating and worked around us instead of the other way around.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their drive to stand out and provide us with something truly creative was impressive. They can shoot clean, they can be modern, vintage, and trendy. But most importantly they add their own style to every project, at least from the work we have seen and experienced.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing that i can think of.
