I’m the CFO of Titan Siding and Roofing, a construction company. We provide exterior repair and remodeling services for homes and businesses, specializing in roofing, siding, gutters, and windows, with a focus on quality, value, and professional project management.

What challenge were you trying to address with Helium SEO?

We needed help with SEO and SEM. We had reached a point where our previous provider wasn’t performing well and was allowing our account to remain stagnant. We needed a new start, and Helium SEO seemed like a good fit.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Helium SEO provides SEO and SEM services for our company. They help us with keyword research and ideas to drive business to Titan. The team is now introducing AI services to us. In addition, they provide monthly reports, make small changes to our website when asked, manage all ad campaigns, and create a lot of content.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Helium SEO.

We found them through an online search. We chose them because they were close to my geographic location, and our company values aligned.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our main goal with Helium SEO is to drive customers to our website and phones. For us, the main measurable is how many people we get in front of and how Helium SEO brings those people to us. The top and bottom line is our responsibility, but getting us in front of the customer is theirs. I get those stats monthly, and during busy times, those numbers have increased since Helium SEO took over.

How did Helium SEO perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and are very informative and helpful. If I have a question or concern, they’re quick to reply. We communicate through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

How good they are at getting back to me when I email or call them. They’re very responsive.

There’s nothing they can improve on.
