hearts&heads is a boutique training and consulting firm based in Kraków, Poland, specializing in Design Thinking, team creativity, and organizational innovation.
We work with medium and large organizations that want to build teams capable of solving complex problems and collaborating creatively. Our programs are proprietary, methodology-driven, and tested in work with Polish divisions of global corporations.
We believe creativity and human-centered problem-solving are among the few competencies AI cannot replace. That's the space we operate in.
