What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was their consistent on-time delivery. Even with a few small adjustments needed, they always managed to stay on schedule. Plus, their responsiveness was excellent; they made me feel like my needs were a priority.

While their communication was good, sometimes the technical explanations were a bit dense for me. A slightly more 'plain English' approach for non-technical clients would be great.
