BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I work as the Group Legal Advisor for a highly reputed international group based in KSA, with a number of local and international subsidiaries operating in multiple sectors.

For what projects/services did your company hire Holistic Business Excellence?

HBE were appointed to prepare, draft and advise on the full implementation of the enterprise content and record management policies for the group.

What were your goals for this project?

To ensure that all records for the group followed a standardized lifecycle process and were stored, managed and disposed of in a safe, secure and timely manner.

Describe the project in detail.

Group's requirements were to have a centralized records retention and management system which was fully operational, efficient, easy to use with better security access and controls, to safeguard and protect sensitive and confidential information.

HBE were appointed to work closely with the Group Legal Advisor/Project Committee Head and other department heads to critically assess the business needs', and then to prepare, draft and deliver a comprehensive enterprise content and record management policy to meet the Group's requirements.

HBE provided additional in-house seminars and training for the respective departmental teams.

What was the team composition?

We had two main points of reference in HBE. They were both instrumental in the project from inception through to fruition.

Both were very knowledgeable in the subject matter, extremely resourceful and friendly, professional, courteous and focused on helping us achieve our outcome.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Project was successfully completed and received well throughout the Group. Our two contacts at HBE were noted for their exceptional professionalism, support and guidance, and in helping us achieve this milestone.

HBE had a very focused yet friendly approach and from the outset, they guided us on the approach and execution.

We worked in tandem and agreed the schedule, work scope, sharing information and key data which enables us to achieve the desired outcome.
