We spoke to 4 vendors and the best cut fit found was HB Infotech in terms of cost and time

In the go they understood the requirements well and we were made known of the possible ways to achieve our goals, the technology used was opencart. Key deliveries was always before time and with accurate results

A senior manager was in meetings on main agendas like phase delivery or feature addition. Regular check up and development was done by 2 developers and they made regular follow up

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website had no glitches and ran smooth so we were able to see 78% conversion rate since then and the client was super satisfied with result and overall website user experience was also high end smooth

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had thrice in a week regular follow up mostly on email and sometimes on call. And on main agendas we had zoom meeting once in 2 weeks

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The professionalism they have at work is very efficient to handle projects. The are very client centric and super interactive with project follow ups. They were really good at detail and creative development.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't know what to expect or improve in such a client oriented firm.my Experience with HB Infotech is by far the best of all.

What challenge were you trying to address with HB Infotech Solutions?

We needed a new vendor to take over a design and development project for our client.

What was the scope of their involvement?

HB Infotech Solutions contacted the third party who was managing the website interface to gather all the information about it. After that, they redesigned the website and developed it from scratch using OpenCart. They kept the interface mostly the same, following the client’s request. They’re currently working on two more website projects. One of them is an interactive educational website for children using JavaScript as the main technology.

 What is the team composition?

We work with three people, including a senior manager and two people in charge of design and development work.

I found them on Upwork, and we chose them because they responded quickly and shared good solutions.

We’ve spent $19,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together with HB Infotech Solutions around October 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They quickly addressed the problems of our client and immediately found solutions. As a result, we received positive feedback from the first project, prompting us to continue our engagement with them. Overall, we’re satisfied because our clients are satisfied.

How did HB Infotech Solutions perform from a project management perspective?

We’re pleased that HB Infotech Solutions completed the first project ahead of schedule and within budget. They’re proactive in providing updates and progress reports. We use Microsoft tools for project management, and we communicate daily via email and use Zoom for meetings. We meet once or twice per week, depending on what is needed.

What did you find most impressive about them? 

We feel like they’re part of our team. In fact, they don’t need to be micromanaged.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They need to be more visible online.

Trust them because they will use their creativity to find quality solutions to your problems.
