The scope of work focused on a full SEO cleanup and a visual refresh. A full migration to Shopify. They moved us away from a clinical, symmetrical design toward a more dynamic design that feels much more like us. They also did a great job optimizing our backend and making sure our product listings were organized and visible.

The deliverables have been a success, and the site is in a much better place now. We’ve enjoyed the partnership so much that we decided to continue working with them long-term. If you need a team that’s professional but easy to collaborate with, I’d highly recommend them.

Their project management was very reliable and easy to follow. They kept everything organized and consistently delivered items on time, which made the whole process much smoother on our end. Whenever we had a specific request or needed to pivot, they were incredibly responsive.

Hawk Horizons was always able to pivot whenever our priorities shifted, and they were more than capable of managing multiple projects at once without letting anything slip through the cracks. Their communication was also a major highlight for us. They are always available to meet whenever we need to touch base.
