I am the Owner Operator of Aolfs Trucking

I was really fed up with dispatchers taking advantage of me. Charging up to 8% just to find loads felt absolutely ridiculous. They know drivers can’t do everything at once, you either focus on driving or on finding loads, so I constantly felt exploited. The irony was that even after paying 8%, I still had to pay others for bookkeeping, taxes, IFTA calculations, filing, and more. On top of that, I was spending hours every week managing paperwork and keeping track of DOT compliance. Then I found Haulxify. For a single flat rate, they handle my entire back office, and my only job now is to drive. The best part is that their full-service cost is actually lower than what I used to pay just for dispatch. I was spending around $1,200–$1,500 per month on dispatch alone, but now my total bill for all their services never exceeds $800. It’s been a complete game changer for my business.

I was struggling with paper work and Dot compliance but after I sign up with Haulxify, everything has become so smooth that am even planning on expanding my fleet.

Their customer portal is a bit old fashioned but i was told by my dedicated account manager that they are already building a new portal so am excited.
